The Ministry of Education and the National Health Commission made public a circular recently, urging vocational universities to establish bachelor's programs in medical and elderly care services. The training of professionals in integrated medical and elderly care will be accelerated to address rising demands amid an aging population.

通知指出，要引導和支持本地職業(yè)本科學校等設置醫(yī)養(yǎng)照護與管理職業(yè)本科專業(yè)，并作為貫通培養(yǎng)專業(yè)，鼓勵健康管理、老年保健與管理、智慧健康養(yǎng)老服務與管理等高職?？茖I(yè)畢業(yè)生報考。鼓勵有條件的學校探索醫(yī)養(yǎng)照護與管理專業(yè)中高本貫通培養(yǎng)模式。通知要求，要引導高等職業(yè)學校緊密對接區(qū)域醫(yī)養(yǎng)結合發(fā)展需求，結合人才供需情況和學校辦學實際，做好醫(yī)養(yǎng)照護與管理專業(yè)設置論證和布點規(guī)劃。鼓勵普通本科高校與高等職業(yè)學校建立專業(yè)幫扶機制，引導醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生類相關優(yōu)勢專業(yè)和醫(yī)養(yǎng)照護與管理專業(yè)結對建設，促進共建共享。通知還提出，各地要引導學校聯(lián)合醫(yī)養(yǎng)結合機構、綜合性醫(yī)院老年醫(yī)學科、基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構及老年醫(yī)學特色醫(yī)院、康復醫(yī)院、護理院（中心、站）等相關機構共同制定醫(yī)養(yǎng)照護與管理專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案，注重理論與實踐緊密結合，實踐教學學時原則上不低于50%。除實操課程外，支持學生到相關醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務機構實習、實訓，在真實環(huán)境中提升實操技能，增強就業(yè)本領。

據(jù)悉，北京、河北、黑龍江、江蘇、浙江、江西、山東、廣東、廣西、四川等10個?。▍^(qū)、市）為醫(yī)養(yǎng)照護與管理專業(yè)建設重點省份。到2027年底，原則上每個重點省份要累計新增不少于3個醫(yī)養(yǎng)照護與管理專業(yè)布點，帶動全國醫(yī)養(yǎng)照護與管理專業(yè)建設水平整體提高。
