中華全國(guó)供銷合作總社科技推廣中心（ All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives Sci. & Tech. Extension Center）是 中華全國(guó)供銷合作總社 直屬的從事農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)前、產(chǎn)中、產(chǎn)后全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的產(chǎn)業(yè)化科技開(kāi)發(fā)、成果轉(zhuǎn)化、科技推廣、科技培訓(xùn)、科技信息咨詢服務(wù)等農(nóng)業(yè)科技社會(huì)化綜合服務(wù)的專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)。秉承為“三農(nóng)”（農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民）服務(wù)的一貫宗旨，以全國(guó)供銷合作社網(wǎng)絡(luò)為依托，推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)科技水平和生產(chǎn)效率提升，促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、加工、流通向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)模化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化、信息化發(fā)展是其基本任務(wù)。
主要業(yè)務(wù)工作方向：
1.貫徹落實(shí)國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技政策和中華全國(guó)供銷合作總社為農(nóng)服務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃，組織規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施科技興農(nóng)、鄉(xiāng)村振興開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目；
2.開(kāi)發(fā)和建立農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣社會(huì)化綜合服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù)體系；
3.組織開(kāi)展肥料、農(nóng)藥、農(nóng)膜、農(nóng)機(jī)具、畜牧機(jī)械、儀器、設(shè)施、裝備等生產(chǎn)資料的新技術(shù)、新工藝、新產(chǎn)品和新設(shè)備的推廣應(yīng)用；
4. 組織推廣水果、蔬菜、茶葉、花卉、食用菌、中藥材、棉麻、糧食、畜禽等農(nóng)作物優(yōu)新品種，進(jìn)行品種的篩選、水土馴化、試驗(yàn)示范；
5. 組織開(kāi)發(fā)和推廣應(yīng)用農(nóng)作物栽培技術(shù)，畜禽養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)，農(nóng)畜產(chǎn)品采收、保鮮、加工、包裝、檢測(cè)、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)和流通銷售技術(shù)；
6. 組織開(kāi)發(fā)和推廣應(yīng)用土壤改良技術(shù)、現(xiàn)代肥料技術(shù)、綠色農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)、生態(tài)環(huán)保技術(shù)、病蟲(chóng)害統(tǒng)防統(tǒng)治技術(shù)、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)技術(shù)、農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物綜合開(kāi)發(fā)利用技術(shù)；
7. 關(guān)注人工智能和區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)等高新技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化中的應(yīng)用，組織開(kāi)發(fā)和推廣應(yīng)用智慧農(nóng)業(yè)、精準(zhǔn)農(nóng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)、三產(chǎn)融合、田園綜合體、觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)等現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)，進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)革新改造和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)；
8.組織開(kāi)展無(wú)公害農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、有機(jī)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品、良好農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)范等質(zhì)量認(rèn)證，建立農(nóng)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證體系和質(zhì)量追溯系統(tǒng)，制定和實(shí)施農(nóng)業(yè)品牌戰(zhàn)略建設(shè)方案，推動(dòng)安全農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和產(chǎn)業(yè)良性發(fā)展;
9. 組織實(shí)施現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)品、新品種、新材料、新工藝、新裝備、新模式的試驗(yàn)示范、基地建設(shè)和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)，提供成套解決方案；
10. 圍繞提高農(nóng)業(yè)綜合產(chǎn)能、生產(chǎn)效率，發(fā)揮生態(tài)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益，組織開(kāi)展科技興農(nóng)活動(dòng)；
11. 組織農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)和職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)，舉辦技術(shù)研討、科技成果展覽展示和技術(shù)貿(mào)易洽談會(huì)，開(kāi)展國(guó)際間農(nóng)業(yè)科技交流合作；
12. 收集、加工、傳播科技信息，編輯出版科技刊物，建設(shè)中華全國(guó)供銷合作總社標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信息、科技成果、專家、科技產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)并組織推廣應(yīng)用。

All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives Sci. & Tech.extension Center is a professional institution directly under the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperation, engaged in agricultural science and technology development, achievement transformation, science and technology promotion, science and technology training, science and technology information consulting services and other socialized comprehensive services of pre-production, in-production and post-production of the whole industrial chain of agriculture. Adhering to the consistent purpose of serving "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" and relying on the national network of supply and marketing cooperatives, it is its basic task to promote the level of agricultural science and technology and production efficiency, and promote the development of agricultural production, processing and circulation to standardization, scale, industrialization and informatization.
Main business direction:
1. 5. Organize the development and popularization of crop cultivation technology, livestock and poultry breeding technology, and agricultural and livestock products collection, preservation, processing, packaging, testing, storage, transportation, circulation and sales technology;
6. Organize the development and popularization of soil improvement technology, modern fertilizer technology, green agricultural technology, ecological environmental protection technology, pest control technology, disaster prevention and reduction technology, agricultural waste comprehensive development and utilization technology;
7. Pay attention to the application of high-tech technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain technology in agricultural industrialization, organize the development and promotion of modern agricultural technologies such as smart agriculture, precision agriculture, creative agriculture, three-industry integration, pastoral complex, sightseeing and leisure agriculture, and carry out project planning and design, technological innovation and transformation, and industrial upgrading;
8. Organize quality certification of pollution-free agricultural products, green agricultural products, organic agricultural products, geographical indication products and good agricultural practices, establish agricultural product standard certification system and quality traceability system, formulate and implement agricultural brand strategy construction plan, promote the production of safe agricultural products and the sound development of the industry;
9. Organize the implementation of experiments and demonstrations of new modern agricultural technologies, new products, new varieties, new materials, new processes, new equipment and new models, the construction of bases and the planning and construction of modern agricultural science and technology parks, and provide complete sets of solutions;
10. Organize activities to promote agriculture through science and technology, focusing on improving comprehensive agricultural production capacity and production efficiency, and bringing ecological, economic and social benefits into play;
11. Organize agricultural technology and vocational skills training, hold technical seminars, scientific and technological achievements exhibition and technology trade fair, and carry out international agricultural science and technology exchanges and cooperation;
12. Collecting, processing and disseminating scientific and technological information, editing and publishing scientific and technological journals, building the database of standard information, scientific and technological achievements, experts and scientific and technological products of All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, and organizing its promotion and application.
