工業(yè)和信息化部數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至2023年11月，國家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)總數(shù)達178家。前三季度，國家高新區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值12.33萬億元，同比增長7.11%。

China's total number of national high-tech industrial development zones had reached 178 as of the end of November, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In the first three quarters of this year, the economic output of these high-tech zones hit 12.33 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.11 percent.

建立國家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)，是黨中央、國務(wù)院為發(fā)展我國高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、推動傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)改造、增強國際競爭力作出的重大戰(zhàn)略部署。國家高新區(qū)設(shè)立35年來，特別是黨的十八大以來，走出了一條具有中國特色的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化道路，成為我國重要創(chuàng)新策源地、體制機制改革試驗田、高成長企業(yè)和高端產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的重要載體，為我國高質(zhì)量發(fā)展作出了重要貢獻。

近年來，國家高新區(qū)發(fā)揮高質(zhì)量發(fā)展先行示范作用，成為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要引擎。依托國家高新區(qū)，一批高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)集群培育壯大，成為推進新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展、保障產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈安全的重要力量。從基地平臺看，國家高新區(qū)聚集了近80%的全國重點實驗室、70%的國家制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新中心。從研發(fā)投入看，國家高新區(qū)企業(yè)研發(fā)投入超萬億元。從成果產(chǎn)出看，智能機器人、衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航等一批引領(lǐng)性原創(chuàng)成果在高新區(qū)加速產(chǎn)業(yè)化。

工業(yè)和信息化部表示，將推動更多國家戰(zhàn)略科技力量和重大創(chuàng)新基地平臺向國家高新區(qū)布局，支持有條件的國家高新區(qū)深度參與建設(shè)國家先進制造業(yè)集群，通過“揭榜掛帥”等方式，讓更多的企業(yè)牽頭開展基礎(chǔ)研究、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、成果轉(zhuǎn)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化。還將鼓勵有條件的高新區(qū)圍繞重點產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，建設(shè)一批科技成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地、中試熟化基地等，推動更多科技成果從“實驗室”走向“生產(chǎn)線”。

Shanghai should take scientific and technological innovation as the lead, intensify its research to achieve breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields, boost the transformation and upgrading of its traditional industries, and accelerate the cultivation of world-class high-end industrial clusters and the development of a modern industrial system so as to continuously promote its status as an international economic center and its global influence in economic governance.
