中國網(wǎng)絡文明大會 China Internet Civilization Conference
首屆中國網(wǎng)絡文明大會于11月19日在北京國家會議中心舉辦。本次大會定位于打造我國網(wǎng)絡文明的理念宣介平臺、經(jīng)驗交流平臺、成果展示平臺和國際網(wǎng)絡文明互鑒平臺。
The first China Internet Civilization Conference is held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing on Nov 19. The conference focuses on building a platform for promoting China's internet civilization, exchanging experiences, showcasing achievements and learning from international internet civilizations.

【知識點】
網(wǎng)絡文明是伴隨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的新的文明形態(tài)，是現(xiàn)代社會文明進步的重要標志。加強網(wǎng)絡文明建設，成為加快建設網(wǎng)絡強國、全面建設社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家的重要任務。
首屆中國網(wǎng)絡文明大會的主題為“匯聚向上向善力量，攜手建設網(wǎng)絡文明”，包括開幕式、主論壇和分論壇。主論壇將邀請主管部門負責同志，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)和網(wǎng)絡社會組織代表，專家學者和網(wǎng)民代表等發(fā)表演講，發(fā)布新時代網(wǎng)絡文明建設十件大事和共建網(wǎng)絡文明行動倡議。分論壇將圍繞“網(wǎng)上內(nèi)容建設”“網(wǎng)絡生態(tài)治理挑戰(zhàn)與應對”“網(wǎng)絡法治”“青少年網(wǎng)絡文明素養(yǎng)”“數(shù)據(jù)與算法”“網(wǎng)絡公益慈善發(fā)展與挑戰(zhàn)的應對”“平臺經(jīng)濟誠信建設”等七個主題展開。

我們要本著對社會負責、對人民負責的態(tài)度，依法加強網(wǎng)絡空間治理，加強網(wǎng)絡內(nèi)容建設，做強網(wǎng)上正面宣傳，培育積極健康、向上向善的網(wǎng)絡文化，用社會主義核心價值觀和人類優(yōu)秀文明成果滋養(yǎng)人心、滋養(yǎng)社會，做到正能量充沛、主旋律高昂，為廣大網(wǎng)民特別是青少年營造一個風清氣正的網(wǎng)絡空間。
Inspired by a sense of duty to society and the people, we must step up our law-based governance of cyberspace, develop better online content, strengthen positive publicity, and work to foster a positive, healthy, upright online culture. We need to use our core socialist values and profit from the best achievements of human civilization to nurture people's minds and nourish society, ensuring that positive energy and mainstream values prevail. By doing so, we will be able to create a clean and upright cyberspace for internet users, especially young ones.
