我國持久性有機污染物控制取得了顯著成效，成功淘汰29種類持久性有機污染物（POPs）。

【知識點】

持久性有機污染物（POPs）是指具有環(huán)境持久性、生物蓄積性、遠距離環(huán)境遷移的潛力，并對人體健康或生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生不利影響的有機污染物。

我國成功淘汰29種類POPs，即全面淘汰公約對中國已生效的POPs生產(chǎn)和使用，每年避免了數(shù)十萬噸POPs的產(chǎn)生和環(huán)境排放。我國實現(xiàn)了在二噁英類排放相關(guān)行業(yè)產(chǎn)量或處置量大幅上升的情況下，重點行業(yè)煙氣二噁英排放強度大幅下降，向大氣排放的二噁英總量在2012年達峰后逐步下降，大氣環(huán)境中二噁英濃度相應(yīng)呈下降趨勢，一般人群膳食二噁英類平均攝入量低于世界衛(wèi)生組織的健康指導(dǎo)值且呈下降趨勢。
