世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇是以研究和探討世界經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域存在的問(wèn)題、促進(jìn)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與交流為宗旨的非官方國(guó)際性機(jī)構(gòu)。其前身是1971年由日內(nèi)瓦大學(xué)教授克勞斯?施瓦布創(chuàng)建的“歐洲管理論壇”。1987年，“歐洲管理論壇”更名為“世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇”。
世界經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇2024年年會(huì)1月15至19日在瑞士達(dá)沃斯舉行。來(lái)自全球120多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的2800多名各界代表齊聚一堂。年會(huì)以“重建信任”為主題，主要議題包括在分裂的世界中實(shí)現(xiàn)安全與合作，為新的時(shí)代創(chuàng)造增長(zhǎng)和就業(yè)，人工智能推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展，實(shí)施長(zhǎng)期氣候、自然與能源戰(zhàn)略等。
自從1979年首次參加論壇年會(huì)以來(lái)，中方一直是達(dá)沃斯論壇的積極參與者，達(dá)沃斯論壇也是中國(guó)與世界融合發(fā)展、相互成就的最佳見(jiàn)證者。如今達(dá)沃斯論壇已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人向外界闡明中國(guó)發(fā)展理念的重要場(chǎng)合，各方代表都希望在這里聽(tīng)到中國(guó)的聲音。
【重要講話】
中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化和歐洲一體化是中歐各自著眼未來(lái)作出的戰(zhàn)略選擇，中歐應(yīng)該相互尊重，相互支持，加強(qiáng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接，實(shí)現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展。共建“一帶一路”倡議是開(kāi)放平臺(tái)，為世界上150多個(gè)國(guó)家和人民帶來(lái)了實(shí)實(shí)在在的好處。贈(zèng)人玫瑰，手有余香。中方愿繼續(xù)推進(jìn)高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，包括同歐盟“全球門(mén)戶”計(jì)劃對(duì)接，一道幫助發(fā)展中國(guó)家加快發(fā)展。雙方要在聯(lián)合國(guó)、二十國(guó)集團(tuán)等多邊框架內(nèi)加強(qiáng)溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，堅(jiān)持多邊主義，反對(duì)陣營(yíng)對(duì)抗，推動(dòng)政治解決國(guó)際和地區(qū)熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，就人工智能等事關(guān)人類未來(lái)的重大問(wèn)題開(kāi)展對(duì)話和合作，為增進(jìn)全人類福祉、應(yīng)對(duì)全球性挑戰(zhàn)作出貢獻(xiàn)。
Chinese modernization and European integration are strategic choices that China and Europe have made respectively with the future in mind. The two sides should respect and support each other, and leverage the complementarity of their development strategies for common progress. The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is an inclusive platform that has brought real benefits to over 150 countries and their peoples. As the saying goes, when you give roses to others, the fragrance lingers on your hand. China will continue to promote high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, including by creating synergy between the BRI and the EU's Global Gateway to help developing countries grow faster. The two sides should strengthen communication and coordination in multilateral frameworks including the UN and the G20, uphold multilateralism, oppose camp-based confrontation, and promote the political settlement of international and regional hotspots. The two sides should conduct dialogue and cooperation on artificial intelligence (AI) and other major issues concerning the future of humanity to contribute to the well-being of humanity and rise to global challenges.
