首屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會(huì)定于11月6日至7日在重慶舉行。大會(huì)將聚焦政府間科技合作、科技人文交流、產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、科研范式變革、未來(lái)醫(yī)學(xué)、開放科學(xué)及大數(shù)據(jù)等議題。
The first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange will take place in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality from Nov. 6 to 7. The conference will focus on inter-governmental cooperation in science and technology, people-to-people exchanges in science and technology, industrial innovation and development, paradigm change in scientific research, future medicine, open science, and big data.

首屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會(huì)定于11月6日至7日在重慶舉行。大會(huì)以“共建創(chuàng)新之路，同促合作發(fā)展”為主題，圍繞多項(xiàng)議題設(shè)置開幕式暨全體大會(huì)、“一帶一路”科技創(chuàng)新部長(zhǎng)會(huì)議、主題活動(dòng)、圓桌會(huì)議及成果展示5大板塊，10場(chǎng)主要活動(dòng)。
本次大會(huì)由科技部、中國(guó)科學(xué)院、中國(guó)工程院、中國(guó)科協(xié)、重慶市人民政府和四川省人民政府共同主辦，國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委作為支持單位。大會(huì)將首次發(fā)布以“一帶一路”科技創(chuàng)新合作為主題的重要報(bào)告，首次舉辦“一帶一路”科技創(chuàng)新部長(zhǎng)會(huì)議，舉辦“一帶一路”科技創(chuàng)新合作成果展，成果展包括80多項(xiàng)涉及諸多領(lǐng)域的合作案例，將生動(dòng)展現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新絲綢之路建設(shè)取得的務(wù)實(shí)成效。
目前，大會(huì)已經(jīng)邀請(qǐng)到70多個(gè)國(guó)家和國(guó)際組織的300多名重要外賓出席，其中諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)獲得者、國(guó)外院士、專家學(xué)者、國(guó)外知名高校校長(zhǎng)近40名。同時(shí)，國(guó)內(nèi)院士、高校校長(zhǎng)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、重點(diǎn)企業(yè)代表也將參會(huì)。
【重要講話】
中方將繼續(xù)實(shí)施“一帶一路”科技創(chuàng)新行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，舉辦首屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會(huì)，未來(lái)5年把同各方共建的聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室擴(kuò)大到100家，支持各國(guó)青年科學(xué)家來(lái)華短期工作。中方將在本屆論壇上提出全球人工智能治理倡議，愿同各國(guó)加強(qiáng)交流和對(duì)話，共同促進(jìn)全球人工智能健康有序安全發(fā)展。
China will continue to implement the Belt and Road Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation Action Plan, hold the first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange, increase the number of joint laboratories built with other parties to 100 in the next five years, and support young scientists from other countries to work on short-term programs in China. At this Forum, China will put forward the Global Initiative for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance. We stand ready to increase exchanges and dialogue with other countries and jointly promote the sound, orderly and secure AI development in the world.
