第二十三屆中國(guó)國(guó)際投資貿(mào)易洽談會(huì)將于9月8日至11日在福建廈門舉辦，預(yù)計(jì)有近100個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)、約8萬(wàn)名客商參加展會(huì)，巴西、塞爾維亞、卡塔爾三個(gè)國(guó)家擔(dān)任本屆投洽會(huì)的主賓國(guó)。

The 23rd China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) will be held from Sept. 8 to 11 in Xiamen, east China's Fujian Province. The fair is expected to attract about 80,000 merchants from nearly 100 countries and region. Brazil, Serbia and Qatar will be present as the guest countries of honor at this year's fair.

中國(guó)國(guó)際投資貿(mào)易洽談會(huì)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“投洽會(huì)”）致力于打造雙向投資促進(jìn)、權(quán)威信息發(fā)布和投資趨勢(shì)研討三大平臺(tái)，已經(jīng)成為全球最具影響力的國(guó)際投資盛會(huì)之一。

第二十三屆投洽會(huì)主旨論壇以“投資中國(guó) 共創(chuàng)開放繁榮的美好未來”為主題，采用“1+1+3+N”的形式。其中，第一個(gè)“1”是舉辦一場(chǎng)外資企業(yè)圓桌會(huì)；第二個(gè)“1”是開展一場(chǎng)主題論壇，即福建專場(chǎng)推介活動(dòng)；“3”是舉辦三場(chǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資趨勢(shì)專題研討，分別聚焦綠色發(fā)展、智能制造、股權(quán)投資三大議題；“N”場(chǎng)配套活動(dòng)，主要是專題信息發(fā)布和項(xiàng)目對(duì)接，包括外商投資促進(jìn)專題發(fā)布會(huì)，將發(fā)布《中國(guó)外資統(tǒng)計(jì)公報(bào)》《中國(guó)外商投資指引》《中國(guó)外商投資報(bào)告》等3份年度報(bào)告。投洽會(huì)期間還將舉辦“絲路海運(yùn)”國(guó)際合作論壇，發(fā)布《2023“絲路海運(yùn)”藍(lán)皮書》；舉辦海絲中央法務(wù)區(qū)論壇等系列活動(dòng)，護(hù)航海上絲綢之路法治化營(yíng)商環(huán)境建設(shè)；展示中菲、中印尼經(jīng)貿(mào)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展示范園區(qū)建設(shè)成果，宣介共建“一帶一路”新旗艦項(xiàng)目。

目前，已有近40位副部級(jí)以上的外國(guó)政府官員確認(rèn)出席，預(yù)計(jì)有近100個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)、近1000個(gè)客商團(tuán)組、約8萬(wàn)名客商參加展會(huì)。聯(lián)合國(guó)貿(mào)發(fā)會(huì)議等多個(gè)國(guó)際組織將參會(huì)，較往屆在數(shù)量和參與程度上均有提升。

【重要講話】

建設(shè)更高水平開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)新體制是我們主動(dòng)作為以開放促改革、促發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略舉措，要圍繞服務(wù)構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局，以制度型開放為重點(diǎn)，聚焦投資、貿(mào)易、金融、創(chuàng)新等對(duì)外交流合作的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域深化體制機(jī)制改革，完善配套政策措施，積極主動(dòng)把我國(guó)對(duì)外開放提高到新水平。

Establishing a new system for a higher-level open economy is a strategic measure to promote reform and development through opening up. Centering around fostering a new development pattern, institutional opening up should be the focus when it comes to further reform of systems and mechanisms in such key areas for international exchange and opening up as investment, trade, finance, and innovation, so as to improve supporting policies and measures, and proactively elevate the country's opening up to a higher level.

我愿重申，中國(guó)擴(kuò)大高水平開放的決心不會(huì)變，中國(guó)開放的大門只會(huì)越開越大。中國(guó)將持續(xù)打造市場(chǎng)化法治化國(guó)際化營(yíng)商環(huán)境，高水平實(shí)施《區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定》，推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，為全球工商界提供更多市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇、投資機(jī)遇、增長(zhǎng)機(jī)遇。

I wish to reiterate that China's resolve to open up at a high standard will not change, and that the door of China will open still wider to the world. China will continue to foster an enabling business environment that is based on market principles, governed by law and up to international standards. We will pursue high-standard implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement and high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, and offer more market, investment and growth opportunities to the global business community.
