2023年金磚峰會于8月22日至24日在南非舉行，此次峰會的主題是“金磚與非洲：深化伙伴關(guān)系，促進(jìn)彼此增長，實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，加強(qiáng)包容性多邊主義”。

The 2023 BRICS summit is being held in South Africa from Aug. 22 to 24, under the theme "BRICS and Africa: Partnership for Mutually Accelerated Growth, Sustainable Development, and Inclusive Multilateralism".

【知識點(diǎn)】

金磚國家最初指中國、俄羅斯、印度、巴西四個(gè)成長前景看好的新興市場國家。經(jīng)俄羅斯倡議，四國于2006年9月聯(lián)合國大會期間舉行了首次金磚國家外長會晤，此后每年依例舉行。2009年6月，四國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在俄羅斯葉卡捷琳堡舉行首次會晤。2010年12月，四國在協(xié)商一致的基礎(chǔ)上，正式吸收南非加入機(jī)制，英文名稱為BRICS。

2023年金磚峰會期間，南非將舉辦金磚國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第十五次會晤和金磚國家工商論壇等。金磚國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人將圍繞加強(qiáng)金磚合作與金磚機(jī)制“擴(kuò)容”等議題展開討論。南非已邀請67位非洲國家及“全球南方”國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人出席“金磚—非洲”會議和“金磚+”對話會。此外，聯(lián)合國秘書長、非盟委員會主席等20位國際及地區(qū)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人也將受邀參會。

推動世界貿(mào)易組織、亞太經(jīng)合組織等多邊機(jī)制更好發(fā)揮作用，擴(kuò)大金磚國家、上海合作組織等合作機(jī)制影響力，增強(qiáng)新興市場國家和發(fā)展中國家在全球事務(wù)中的代表性和發(fā)言權(quán)。

China works to see that multilateral institutions such as the WTO and APEC better play their roles, cooperation mechanisms such as BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) exert greater influence, and emerging markets and developing countries are better represented and have a greater say in global affairs.

The Chinese people often say, "True gold can stand the test of fire." Over the past 16 years, the giant ship of BRICS has sailed forward tenaciously against raging torrents and storms. Riding the wind and cleaving the waves, it has embarked on a righteous course of mutual support and win-win cooperation. Standing at the crossroads of history, we should both look back at the journey we have traveled and keep in mind why we established BRICS in the first place, and look forward to a shared future of a more comprehensive, close, practical and inclusive high-quality partnership so as to jointly embark on a new journey of BRICS cooperation.
